Columbia and her sister the S.S. Ste Clair ships docked on the River Rouge. The production on the Boblo boats was reported by Columbia's ship keeper, Sam Buchanan, as "a prominent role" in the film with a second smoke stack added to the St. Clair, and "minor" for the Columbia. Shooting continues in downtown Detroit on Monday where the "Hong Kong" scenes are said to take place.
